I have lived here over 5 years. I moved into the smaller one bedroom apartment, and a couple years later upgraded to the one bedroom with a study. I absolutely love it here! Management is super sweet, especially Rachel! They take care of their residents. I've made maintenance requests, and had them show up an hour later. The apartments are well maintained. There's never any trash on the ground. I've never had issues with loud neighbors. It's close to several shopping areas and plenty of great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place!

I am giving a 5 star rating. I moved here back in June and I love the communication that they have about events and a reminder when rent is due, they let you know a head of time. I had a situation where I was a little late on rent and they were so understanding and kept in contact with me via email and even text message. I’m so grateful for this little apartment complex community at the The Henry B Apartments.

I’m giving a 5 star to this new (Residential Property Management). They really turn this apartment complex around in communication via text message or via email regarding issues or concerns. This helps a lot for us as residents. Previous managements did a very poor job, and did not care about the residence. I personally had a great customer service experience with the office manager. She communicated with me via text messages regarding an issue with AT&T internet technicians that were trying to fix my internet. She wanted to make sure if they resolved the issue. I really appreciate the communication. One they I like is they bring food trucks and goodies every now and then for the residence. Keep up the good work!
